Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unopened and in original packaging — unless approval is given for damaged items.

When requesting a return/exchange, record a video showing package arrival condition (unopened). This helps us verify whether damage occurred before or after shipping.

When Video Proof is Mandatory

If product appears broken, incorrect, or not as ordered — video proof helps.

If you cannot provide video, we will inspect submitted photos; if evidence suggests damage was from our end, we will refund or exchange. Video is highly preferred.

Return / Exchange Process

Contact us within 7 days via email or WhatsApp with: order number, proof of purchase (invoice), and video/photo evidence.

We’ll verify and respond with instructions.

Once approved, you may return item or we may dispatch replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer as per your preference.

Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non‑Returnable Items

Items opened without video evidence of damage

Items missing original packaging or tags (unless faulty)

Sale items / discounted items (only exchange — no refunds)

Shipping / Return Costs

If refund or exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit), we cover return shipping.

We do not accept returns for personal preference (colour, size, or change of mind) once the order is confirmed and dispatched, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
